CILANTRO

Cilantro is an annual herb with deeply lobed, flat leaves on thin stems, similar to parsley. Often called Corriander, it is grown for it’s distinctly flavored leaves and seeds. The flavor of cilantro has been described as musky and citrus-like. It is an extremely popular herb and is used Middle Eastern, Indian, South Asian, Mexican, Latin American, Chinese, African and Southeast Asian cuisine.
