Our chests are furnished with a Fresh+ EC-750 unit that is strategically engineered to filter every single air molecule over 20 times a day. This guarantees us that all mold, harmful bacteria, and ethylene is removed for the safest & freshest possible product.
Our Employees receive initial training and then regularly scheduled, continuous education in all aspects of our Food Safety Plan. We have a Food Safety Team that is rigorously tasked with periodically reviewing all of our internal operations. Our Quality Control teams are comprised of individuals with combined decades of experience in the food industry.
We work closely with all our farmers to ensure we are maintaining the integrity and quality of our product as it moves throughout our supply chains. Our facility is in cooperation with ADM Food Safety Consultants. If you are looking for any specific certifications, please give us a call.
