CHINESE BROCCOLI

Gai Lan is the Cantonese name for a vegetable that is also known as Chinese Broccoli. It is a leaf vegetable featuring thick, flat, glossy blue-green leaves with thick stems and a small number of tiny, almost vestigial flower heads.
